Hired the company to move a small storage unit; apartment is 5-10 minutes away from the unit. My grandfather set it all up for us and we were quoted 9-10am for them to show up at our unit. We got there at 8:50 to give us time to put some boxes in our own vehicle, and then waited. Waited and waited and waited. Grandpa calls us about an hour later to see if they had come. Nothing. He calls and texts the company. Nothing. No response. 10:15 he tells us to leave since we’d heard nothing.

I regretfully have to update my review. We used this company twice before and had great experiences, which is reflected in the positive review below. However, when I hired them a third time, they cancelled on the morning of the move without providing a valid reason. This caused us significant stress and we had to scramble to find an alternative solution. Unfortunately, I won't be using their services again.

Movers were polite at first. When unpacking, discovered that they had lost multiple high priced items of mine including family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. Admitted to leaving my items unattended at multiple times. When requested replacements, they replaced with the wrong items and they did not attempt to fix replace with the correct ones. Instead of correcting the wrong, Tim was quite short and rude and had 0 empathy. Very disappointed in my experience.

Call to inquire about moving quote and they returned my call. In return sent me a text asking fir my information I replied. They asked that I pay my deposit by Cash App.....that seem suspicious. So I texted back today to find out how to send my payment no response from yesterday and no response today

I had a great experience with Blessed Moving! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They handled my belongings with care, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a very stressful moving process feel much easier. The movers were punctual, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything arrived safely and in good condition.
Tim Brandon and his team are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I moved from Dayton OH to Concord NC....then from Concord NC to another apartment within Concord NC a few days due to major apartment issues. Brandon joined our movers from OH to help unload our stuff in the first apartment and was extremely efficient, kind, professional, and helpful. We liked him so much we contacted again for the local move. He was easy to contact and gave us statement and we secured the times.
My kid's room looked like a tornado hit a toy store and I was supposed to have it packed by Friday.I called Blessed Moving mostly out of desperation and they sent someone who actually knew how to organize chaos.She sorted Legos from clothes,wrapped all the little fragile stuff,and labeled the boxes so I could find the important things first.I literally sat on the bed drinking coffee while my stress just disappeared.If you're a parent who's completely out of patience, just hire them.
