Not saving anything going here. Hidden fees. Make you buy "insurance coverage" on top of buying a lock. Th admin fee is fine, understandable. What is not fine is the advertised price is incorrect.
Lucas, we are sorry you are disappointed in the start up costs required to rent a storage unit with us. There are no hidden fees. We do not offer insurance coverage, we offer a protection plan which is put in place to protect your items in the event of any damage that may occur.
I just needed a uhaul I ordered and paid for online only to get here and be here for 40 mins bc the guy was slow basically told me to figure out on equipment that was paid for and available on line to also be charged more than what I was …
