I hired Citywide moving Systems based on their reviews, mine should of been a easy move an apartment & a small storage unit, less than 6 miles between places less than 3 hours worth of work. Money hungry company they changer me 654.00 dollars to move a load and the two guys was playing around the whole time of the move. I will never use this company again or refer to anybody. also I never got a call from the company to see how the move went.
I have honestly never written a negative review on anything, but I feel compelled to do so in this case because the service is so egregiously bad. Trying to get this place to send you a quote is like pulling teeth. I had to call repeatedly over the course of a week and was told multiple times by Kathie that something would be sent to my email. Nothing ever came. When I would follow up with them, Kathie seemed utterly clueless and kept asking me over and over to repeat my email address.

Poor customer service! The movers I had caused damage to something of mine and when I filed the claim I was told it was not covered. The claims person then proceeded to tell me the movers " would never do that" yet they did. I will NEVER use this company again and caution anyone else to as well unless you are prepared to have some replaced at your own expense.
I called Citywide Moving and made a 10 am appointment. 10:15 came and nobody showed up. I called Citywide and asked that if they were still coming out. They said that they would have to check on where he is and call me back. 10:25 came and …
