Update: It's broken again! The next weekend! No help! Don't believe their response below. Original review: Gate is broken two days after signing lease. Stuck outside with a full rented truck with four other people. No staff on weekends.
Oh no, we are so sorry this happened. This is not the storage experience we want for any of our customers. This is an uncommon instance and our customer success team will be looking into this issue further.
Yes the place is clean, it’s new. Yes the people are friendly, but don’t seem to have any authority to keep customers happy. I see I’m not alone in my anger about pricing going up, by a lot!, every 6 months. When I asked, I was told that they had to go up because they weren’t full so they needed to make money somehow! Really? And that by raising prices they now match everywhere else in the industry. NOT TRUE!!! I have found several places as much as 50% less. They also don’t prorate if you leave early.

I’m currently locked outside the gate because we were never given a code for the rental unit and the business closed 4 hours earlier than advertised with no after-hours contact info available. It’s Saturday night and the business is officially closed until Monday. Will this 1-star review notify the manager of my distress and call me back with the gate code, and therefore salvage my $1500 investment in the movers I hired? I hope so. If you’re the manager and you see this, check your email or voicemail please.

Blue Sky is clean and secure. However, after three years they doubled my rent. Once you have everything stored in a storage unit, it’s very frustrating to have to move it. Think twice before you use this company.

Raised rent in January 2024 to $147 for $112. Now 6 months later got notice they are raising to $183. Doubled in price in 6 months.

It was a great experience all around. The manager explained everything thoroughly, showed us different size units, and was very efficient and professional. The whole process took less than an hour and I left confident my belongings would be safe and protected. I would definitely recommend!

They are rude, they don’t return questions and concerns. I had to move my stuff to another unit because someones stuff leaked. She told me she would discount me the next month so I asked about it left my number and no one ever got back to me. I was rearranging some items in it another day and the employee came and said I had to move my things because it was a fire hazard and he seen me moving things back inside as well as the other things were lined against the wall.

Dave was GREAT to me! Got me a great price on a storage unit last minute. Not to mention he only charged me the lock fee & insurance fee since I will only be using the unit for a little over a week! Super kind & caring man and will do anything to help his costumers out. 100% recommend.
If I could give this place and Dave, 10 stars I would. I left U-Haul (downtown) to come here, first, because of the cleanliness and ACTUAL AIR CONDITIONING for the inside units and the units look brand new even though they have been here for years.. I switched to a bigger unit outside and that is safe, well lit at night and clean, all thanks to Dave, being the manager, and then outstanding customer service from Dave. I actually left being not stressed out and "enjoy" going to my unit and saying "Hi" to Dave!
