I have to give this company a very bad review. I have items that were damaged, missing & stolen. They refuse to answer for any of these items that I still don’t have. My company has a corporate account with them. I’ll try my best to get that canceled in anyway. Seems like to get anyone’s attention is when they suffer business closures. All they have to do is get this aligned instead of letting a third party play mediator and not doing a very good job at that.

Very bad experience. Was told multiple different delivery dates by different people within the company. Delivery was delayed even longer than expected (10 days post pick up). Boxes were labelled incorrectly and a handful of things were placed in random boxes/bins making it difficult to find certain items. On arrival, this made it difficult to put things in the correct places. The delivery team on arrival seemed in a hurry to leave, not placing boxes in the correct rooms.

Office lady treats industry partners very rudely and is very disrespectful to people that help their company move their customers.

Our household items were 3 weeks later than told they would be delivered. I had time off from work to settle the house but was a complete waste as we waited for truck to not show up. Communication was poor on every level all the way up to owner of company. Was told on many occasions they would have an answer for me next day but no phone call would come, I had to call them. They did buy us air mattress, camp chairs, and a TV. Go buy it with your money if you have it we’ll over night the check.

We were told our household goods would arrive on a certain day and they did not. We were stuck on air mattress and nothing else with three kids for days. We also contracted through them with "Dependable" Auto Shippers (quotes intended). Our car was shifted around from MI, to IL, to IN for nearly two weeks before it finally headed towards its destination in WA where it was delayed for another four days because of weather. I cannot recommend either of these companies.

You have to have an itemized list of every single thing you own for them to quote you. If you are trying to book while in temporary housing with items in storage, they won’t even give you a quote—even if you tell them the size of the storage pods, how full they are, and a rough idea of what is in them. Unless you have an inventory spreadsheet of every box you have packed and item inside of it, I would not recommend working with them.

Horrible experience with the relocation! They damaged my house and don't take responsibility! Don't recommend them at all!!! Worse is that they contacted my landlord without my permission and now things got complicated with my landlord wanting to come to see my home and violating my privacy! I'm already dealing with a lot of stress because of the new job and my move to a new state, and now I have to deal with this situation too!

Move went well overall. I would say to mark the boxes more accurately. I opened a box that said clothes and shoes and when I looked inside there was one pair of shoes and other items that were not clothes or more shoes. This would make unpacking so much easier and less time consuming.
