This was the email I sent to the owner Adam 6 days after my move, who called me once with a poor explanation and then never called me again. "Since I did not get an email from you requesting feedback on my recent move, I decided to email you. I am disappointed in the service I received. Your staff was very friendly but seemed to lack motivation since it took them almost 8 hrs to move me into my new house.
Used these guys last week. We got 3 movers 2 of which seemed pretty good. I think their names were Devlin and Jerry. The crew leader Anthony or Andy? Seemed a bit unmotivated. I'm leaving this review in regards to my son in law's move that was performed. At the end of the move, The team leader persisted on a 5 Star Google review and even offered a discount to my son in law. Note: These guys have a 26 foot box truck with all the moving supplies needed for moves.
Fake Account Alert: This "Tim Hattrick" was confirmed to be a fake account with no record of service. At Mighty Michigan Movers, we've earned 200+ real 5-star reviews by working hard and following up with every customer to ensure satisfaction.
The owner and staff were very friendly, accommodating and on time. Unfortunately, many pieces of expensive furniture was damaged during the move. My furniture was not wrapped or protected. I am hoping that my insurance company will cover the cost of replacements.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

These guys do top notch work! We've used them twice now. Each time they were prompt, transparent about travel time/charges, and very careful with our belongings. These guys literally hustled for hours without stopping to ensure the job was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. And, to top it off, each one of them are great guys! Adam was very responsive and easy to schedule with. Caleb, did a great job with the move, he was a pleasure to work with.
Mighty Michigan Movers were awesome and exceeded my expectations! It was such a good value, that I switched from another company that I had already put down a deposit with. I had Andy, Devin, and Josh. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case.
Andrew and Darius from MMM helped me move this week. It was such a huge help, especially with the large items--including a treadmill, a solid wood desk, and a large stone lawn ornament. We stopped by the local recycling center to drop off the treadmill, which was super convenient. They were friendly, on-time, and hustled hard. They wrapped my furniture with blankets and secured the items to the truck sides (something a different mover failed to do when I moved many years ago).
Thank you kindly for leaving us a review! We truly appreciate your words and glad to deliver a wonderful stress free moving experience. We strive to do our best on every job and have a top notch movers who really care about our customers needs.
10/10 Would recommend. We used Mighty Michigan Movers last weekend and have only good things to say! They were friendly, professional, and fast. Shoutout to Andy, Devyn, and Josh, they are truly expert movers! They had all of the equipment they could need including pads and plastic to ensure our belongings were secure on the moving truck. They were careful with our things and kept a positive attitude which made us trust them right away.
