In their own words
Crew was not very careful with our belongings. They even dropped a load of boxes off the cart at one point and quickly acted like it didn't happen. Also, I was told by the driver in the end to take up damage with the coordinator. This apparently does not apply to the house. They scratched my floor in a spot where they did not put down card board and slid stuff across it. I was also told that our couch would not fit upstairs. Which was wrong, it does fit, they just didn't want to put it up there as it was heavy.
We appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns, however, there are some inaccuracies in your review. The door frame was measured during delivery and the driver advised risk of potential damage to door frame due to tight opening. The attempt to move the sofa upstairs was declined.
If you would like your home to remain intact when movers deliver your things, do yourself a favor and do not use Corrigan Moving Systems. My husband just recently retired from 20+ yrs in the military and Corrigan was entrusted to deliver our property. The movers damaged our door and door frame at a house we had just bought and moved into only a week prior. We contacted them as soon as damage was noticed.
We’re sorry to hear you had property damage, but the paperwork you signed and returned- after the crew left so there was no time constraint or forced signature- did not mention any sort of damage to your home.
Employed Corrigan for an international move. Literally half of my furniture (large items) were completely lost or broken in transit, and the company refused to take any responsibility for the damages and/ or loss. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the insurance coverage (which I paid for, so I didn’t even recover the cost of my missing/ damaged items). Stay away- choose another company.
We were sorry to hear you had damages on your recent move. We did a thorough search of our warehouse and confirmed no items from your shipment were left behind. Since International shipments pass through several hands and clear customs, it is quite likely that damages and/or missing items happened…
The actual moving and storage of our things was a good experience. The rest of our experience is the reason for this review. We were quoted approximately $7,500 for our move. We signed the agreement and paid the bill. One year later, we receive an email saying we owe another $7,500 and when we respond with questions about what the bill was for we get a response with an invoice we’ve never seen, and then they send us to collections. Never bothered to call us, or mail us an invoice for a year.
Mr. Morris, thank you for this review. During your move, you requested additional packing, additional items to be moved, and increased storage, and you acknowledged the additional charges.
Delivered here this morning. Got unloaded quickly, which is always nice. But once I was empty, I got cussed out by one of their drivers for "bothering" him to help locate my paperwork. I didn't know he wasn't a dock worker, everyone is dressed the same. There clearly needs to be some more organization for check in/check out. I'll never have the chance to find out if they did, because I'll never be back. I've been doing this job a long time, never once been treated like that. Very poor experience.
It's extremely poor business practice to photoshop a different amount onto a bill of lading AFTER a client has agreed to the original amount - even if it is a “small amount”. That's fraudulent. If there's a mistake you contact the person separately. You don't just "fix" the bill digitally. At least the crew guys were good.
The change on your BOL was due to a miscalculation originally. It was an honest mistake that we communicated to you before sending the updated paperwork. We have also refunded the difference. We apologize that this happened in the first place.

This company received my household goods from a moving company in Arizona following my recent relocation. On both ends of this move communication was prompt. They arrived at the scheduled time and unloaded my household items carefully and efficiently making sure everything was accounted for. They were highly professional, polite and personably. I highly recommend Corrigan Moving Systems. Denny Kacich and his team Steve Pistorius, Buzz Siebert, Tom Pistorius, Nick Serrano, Phil Barrigher, Charles Rabb, Evan Bolinger, Lee Harper, Shay Giligan, Adrian Alfaro, Nathan Renden and Nick Coffee are the most professional movers I’ve ever worked with. They got the job done on time and under budget.
Our experience with Corrigan was outstanding starting with the attention to detail and professionalism demonstrated by Steve Wayward our initial contact and sales person from Corrigan. Our move was a little complicated in that we had to store our furniture for a long period of time and move 1/2 way across the country. We had many quotes and the one company that provided the most information and explanation of costs and schedule of events was Corrigan.
Wow! What an amazing company. Starting with the person(I think your name was Erik- my apologies if I am wrong I wrote it down but can't find my paper) that answered my questions on the phone and set up for Eric G to come out and do an onsite quote (you were amazing by the way! You were so patient when my toddler started to get fussy. Thank you.). Eric G you were so kind, professional, and supportive during some stressful times.
