**Edit to add: we’ve been storing the same items in a new facility and there has been ZERO signs of mice or droppings. Sooo much mouse poop!! We finally left this facility and have not had the same issue at our new place. We were rudely told it was because we had a (never used, 100% clean) kitchen appliance in storage when really we had mouse poop everywhere months before the appliance was there.
My experience at bluebird storage on Queen City ave in Manchester, New Hampshire. It was dirty and had mice droppings everywhere Didn't find the manager to be helpful nor professional . I could clearly go on. I would never recommend anybody to bluebird. On queen city ave Manchester New Hampshire, also we were in one unit.

Absolutely horrible if I could give less than one star, I would they are not out looking for the customer Even if you were a good customer for years, you’re late on one payment they’re already threatening to auction your stuff off I definitely do not recommend look elsewhere.

The Bluebird Storage on Brown Avenue in Manchester, New Hampshire has an amazing staff, super supportive, fair. When I was moving out the manager made sure that I didn’t have to pay for the whole month, even though I was there the first four days of the month. By comparison at U-Haul, I was out even sooner and they made me paid for the full month. While we were loading up the manager popped over and brought the crew of people helping me fresh ice cold water, great place.
