Thank you so much to Jenna, Dominic, Ramon, Garrett, and Roger! They got everything packed so quickly and showed plenty of care for our belongings. Moving is stressful, but they put as ease and were very kind. I'd also like to thank them for being so good with my kids. They never got frustrated when my youngest insisted on helping (and sometimes got in the way) or when my oldest couldn't decide what she wanted them to take. Would definitely recommend their services.
The subcontractor was a disaster. I moved from out of state. They were two days late to pack me up so I had already left on plane. Bekins had no idea where on the 3 day route they were. Even at 3 weeks they only said the driver will call 2 days before he arrives. Really? I would suggest if you use Bekins that you invest in a tracking device so you know where your stuff is. They said they would arrive in morning but after weeks, they arrived late in afternoon. Poor kids who actually did the work were exhausted.
Awful experience (no stars at all but I have to put one to be able to post it). The visit with the agent to get the estimate was great which is why I chose the company despite it being expensive. After that was not good at all. The day of the pick up I had to call them to find out that they changed it to the following day and even the person that answered the phone was surprised as why they didn’t at least email me. The day of the pick up the workers didn’t even wear shoe covers at all.

Garrett, Jenna, Dominic, Luis were okay. They all worked super fast.. however I understand that now it comes with a price. When I received my items parts were scattered across boxes, my vanity dresser was broken because of their packing tightly into container and many stuff that were high value items weren’t marked as high value..

I would highly recommend going with BMS, with huge bonus points to JR and his crew - Ari, Claudia, Toncho, and Simon! They were hard-working, professional, diligent, personable, and they took special care with things that needed it. They worked smoothly as a team and took challenges in stride - moving a huge sofa in through a balcony, a spinnet piano, all the way to carefully wrapping vintage chairs in moving blankets.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Ramon, Eddie, and Junior were wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and were able to accommodate our dogs AND some of our special requests. They were professional, efficient, diligent, fast, and delicate with our household goods. I would 100% use them again in the future! I cannot recommend them highly enough - my only regret is that i can only give them five stars (they earned a lot more)!

I will say that they made everything correct and worth the move. They had a little hiccup with the timing but, Gustavo, Eddie, Marco, Rodger, Luis, Ramon, Alberto, Jeremy, Chino(aka Miguel), and Obed!!!!!!!!
