Move 4 Less - Movers Las Vegas

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS "COMPANY" Worst experience I have ever had. Super unprofessional, incompetent movers with no needed tools. (Even tho I told them the day before while doing the estimate. I was told no you don't have to disassemble or have tools. WE do that.) I had to get some for them. That was time consuming and frustrating. They did not care about any of belongings. Literally throwing things in a giant box not organized, not packaged. My suit was put together with other items like it was a moving blanket.

Before hiring Move4Less, I highly recommend you do otherwise. While I had 3 good experiences with them, the 4th was absolutely horrible, which is why I cannot overlook it. I interviewed several companies for our move from Reno to Las Vegas. Move4Less will reel you in by price-matching with a competitor and tell you all the things you want to hear. They bill for every 15 minutes, which they stand behind, saying they "track" their employees, and that their employees will absolutely not take advantage of that.

Movers got to my home 2 1/2 hrs late. Damage wall and woodworking. The movers themselves couldn't have been nicer. But the no response from Ryan and the home office was deplorable. They must have block my number because no has gotten back to 3 days later. Plus they are starting g up a raleigh branch and these reviews don't go there. I will be on every social media outlet warning people that this company is a sham.

Three Movers Arrived @ Approximately 7:00. A.M. Two Of The Movers Did Not Speak English. Therefore There Was A Communications Barrier. If One Chair Needed To Be Taken To The Truck All Three Mover Had To Take A Chair To The Truck... I Constantly Found The Movers Office Task. I Hired A Woman To Help Me And The Forman Henry Was Constantly Engaging Her In The Broken Spanish She Spoke.

Rachel was helpful in getting us set up and communicating. However, it was not communicated we would have their teams travel time taken out of our actual move time which made them have to add on time which cost another half of what the original estimate was for. We were told that when they were already an hour in at least. There was 4-5 of them. They did work hard, I’ll give them that. They seemed to wrap stuff properly.

I have moved with this company twice. Both times the estimate was off. The first time, it was off by $200 that was fine it’s just an estimate. This time it was double what I was quoted! That’s a huge hit. I was quoted $400 and it wound up being $850. Just to give an idea, I moved out of a single level apartment, with no furniture and had all my things packed in boxes. I even had moved a lot of it myself after I got the estimate. Yet it was double!!!

I had many conversations with Angie and Jamie over almost a year as we were waiting for the sale of our home. On the last visit when Jamie came Over, I asked him to thoroughly explain the time window of the delivery. He explained that as soon as we tell them our new place is available, that’s when the 10-14 day starts. The movers picked out things on June 23rd and today, July 15th, we finally received them.

Read their Yelp reviews before believing the glowing ones here on google. Dozens of people have consistently mentioned they were offered money to take down negative reviews. And when they get away with the Bait & Switch scam, of course you're going to want any of your money back. I was trying to save money due to medication for my chronic illness. That's all gone now. It was double the cost of the estimate, and they only tell you once you're at your new place with everything you own in their truck.
