My 55” tv and head board were damaged during the move. The tv cost $432 a few years ago and I asked for a similar replacement which probably costs half of that now. Tyler said their insurance only covers 0.60c per pound of damage which worked out to be $21. $21 will not cover the cost of another tv. Please read the fine print and insurance information on their website before using them as they will not replace items they damage.

Once again, Falco Moving Company exceeded our expectations! This was our second time using them, and they were just as amazing as the first. About a year ago, they helped us move out of our five-bedroom home into a storage unit while we prepared for a permanent out-of-state move. Because of that great experience, we didn’t hesitate to call them again. Tyler, our main point of contact, responded to my email right away and quickly provided a clear and fair quote.

What a great experience working with Tyler to set up the unloading of our U-Haul at our new apartment. The entire process was smooth and easy. Communication was top notch!! Marcos and Jovel were awesome! They took such great care when handling our furniture and boxes. They arrived on time and we're so efficient. What a huge relief to have the help necessary to get us moved in. It was such an awesome experience working with Tyler to make this move happen. I used movers for the first time after friends recommended them, and I’m glad I did. The team was professional, friendly, and worked fast, which helped keep costs down. Tyler, the owner, was very flexible with my tight schedule, which made the whole process easier. David and Eddie did a great job—they were thoughtful and took extra care to cover the carpet and limit foot traffic marks. Because of their attention to detail, I’ve been informed that I will get my full deposit back.
