All My Sons Moving & Storage

I strongly DO NOT recommend All My Sons!!! We clearly informed them in advance that the furniture was extremely heavy. We disassembled everything ourselves and removed shelves and drawers to make the job easier. Despite that preparation, the crew arrived under-equipped and unprepared. They did not bring appropriate equipment, and we had to provide our own dollies. One employee even said, “Thank goodness you have these dollies because I don’t know what we would have done.” That statement alone was alarming.

I hired all my sons moving and storage when I sold my house and moved into a condo. The whole thing was a nightmare. When they were packing up my house to put it in storage for a few days until I could move into the condo. They broke my bed frame. They dropped the bed frame. Put two holes in my wall and damaged my adjustable bed frame. I had purchased their insurance for replacement costs.If they were to damage anything or if anything got lost.

Not a fan. The guys who came to help us move were great, but the people in the office were nothing but a headache. First and foremost, we had to get on a FaceTime call with the snakiest salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I’m talking used car lot snakey. He had us walk through our entire 4-bedroom house so he could give us a quote. Not only did he throw out some ridiculous number, but the second I said it was too expensive, he immediately dropped the price. That alone tells me the original quote wasn’t real.

The moving team provided a very poor experience. The job took significantly longer than expected, and they left as soon as they believed their time was up in order to move on to another job. They also damaged my bed frame. I specifically instructed them to disassemble it, but they chose to move it without taking it apart. The move ran an additional hour beyond what was necessary. Just the week prior, I had a larger move completed much more efficiently, which makes this performance even more concerning.

I went with this moving company after reading the positive reviews. While the movers were kind and respectful of our home, our like-new furniture that we had just purchased incurred significant damage due to improper loading and moving techniques. During the sales call, I was not offered additional insurance and was told "in the event of damage, we will have any and all items repaired to your satisfaction" which seemed reassuring.

Used all my sons moving yesterday. they charged $650 for 2 hours of moving and the guys that came kept making sexual jokes and romantic passes at me even though im married. which put me in an Incredibly uncomfortable situation. They rushed to get the job done due to a crunch in time and completely screwed up my brand new recliner couch that no longer reclines like its supposed to. they left screws everywhere that were supposed to be put back into my belongings. terrible company.

Extremely rude and a rip off. This guy was trying to upsell me nonstop. Simple move.But all he was interested in charge me more and more. Didn't even care if he booked my move or not.He can care less well.I would definitely proceed with caution with these con artist. The sad thing is, this should have been an easy cut and dry move.But the have these employee who all they care about is money. Good luck if you choose to use this company.

Wow these were the two of the slowest guys! What should have been a 3hr or less job turned into a 5 hr job! Then they stopped at the gas station on the way to my house on my dime. (Charge an hourly rate) shame shame on you. I will never use them again as they broke my sisters stairs bringing my bed down. They also dropped my dj light which is now broken. Terrible with no apologies at either incident!!
