This is about a government move. Move started October 28th. I guess I had more stuff than they anticipated, because it was split into two trucks. They were asked to please put the bed pieces and the pet items on the first truck, because everything else could wait. The first truck arrived on November 9th. Unloading was speedy. No pet items and only the (now damaged) headboards. After this, there was little communication.
UPDATE: Had a friend use their service recently and had a horrible experience. Makes you wonder about the sudden surge of 5 star reviews, just like with Amazon. On June 16, 2025, the movers of Pullen Moving Company blocked my private driveway with their truck in Ashburn, which is illegal in Virginia, and refused to move. The driver was asked nicely to move the truck to allow me and/or my family to leave and return freely.
Military move. Packers took an extra day over the estimated day to pack. Made comments about the weight of the move and declined further packing until this was clarified (it was barely half the alotted weight). Arrived late both days, told …
The worst moving company I’ve ever used in my life and I’ve moved a lot. If I could do negative stars I would. I moved from Va to maryland, only a 1 and a half hour drive but the majority of my furniture was damaged/ broken during the move. Items are missing. They took apart my bed and lost all the screws for it. And the worst part is that movers used my bathroom and clogged the toilet and left without saying anything!!!! They moved my stuff in and a few days later I arrived so this was sitting for a few days!!!!
Been driving behind the moving truck for about 15 minutes on the highway today. The truck is sitting in the left lane, delaying traffic, and swerving. Can only imagine what is happening inside the truck to the cargo. Teach your drivers driving etiquette.
Packers and crater at orgin don't know how to pack, when brought to their attention they had an attitude and ran their mouth, one packer threatened to fight my driver. The packers cussed and ran their mouth while the customer was right …
Your trailers are embarrassing. The first thing a customer sees is your trailer and truck. If your driver doesn't take care of the trailer. How can you take care of my stuff. Image is so important. Your trucks and trailers are filthy

Great experience, very communicative, fast, fun and friendly. No damages to my items and and quickly done.
I had a great experience with this moving company. I am military and needed some items to go into temp storage. They were very flexible and accommodating. I have a dog and they were great about not leaving the doors wide open and if she slipped out and was chilling with them outside they made sure she didn’t take off and escorted her back to me. They wrapped everything, laid floor protector everywhere and packed items neatly and by room.
Excellence in all they do. What a great experience, helping us get settled in our new home. If you get a chance, recommend this team come out and handle your belongings with care. Shout out to team lead Will and his dedicated teammates Charles, Damian, Josh, and Fanny. They are doing great things for the NoVA community with their professional relocation moving services.
Whole crew exceeded expectations. We had Fanny, Lorena, Matt, Jack, and Jaquan being led by Wilhelm and they did a phenomenal job. Super friendly and efficient, they made the whole military PCS smoother than I could have imagined. Everything packed up and gone in two days with 0 damage to the house and no trace left behind. Highly recommend this group.
