What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Absolutely phenomenal service! Had a last minute need for a piano move and they squeezed me into their schedule. Great communication on when they would arrive, quick service, and very professional movers. Would highly recommend!
Don, the owner, was on time, very kind and helpful, meticulous and careful, and moved my piano into its new home without making me feel like I needed to hold my breath the entire time (like I have with other piano movers). Amazing company and service!
We have relied on Bob's Piano Service for our 1929 Steinway & Sons baby grand for the last 13 years. We'll be moving out of state soon, and we'll miss them so much. I realized I ought to tell the internet how much they have meant to us. We inherited this beloved piano from my grandfather in 2006, but it was badly damaged - pet and water damage mostly; very severe. I'm so glad we got a strong recommendation to have it restored by Bob's Piano Service.
I have been using the services of Bob's piano service since 1994. Don is an unusual human being. He is an absolute expert in what he is doing but he is kind and compassionate in his communication and every aspect of the follow through involving the delivery of his services. I am one of the founders of Tara Performing Arts High School.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
