Worst company ever. They charged us 900 $ didn't take even half of our stuff, cribbed all the time about stuff not packed...inspite of me telling them over and over again that just take the packed boxes. Showed up with 2 men who didn't have a dolly. They took one box at a time from my 2nd floor apartment to a tiny truck they got. After 7 hours of super slow moving they said there truck is full!
I hired the Good Move to move my things into a storage unit. Overall nice crew, but they took much longer than expected and did a disappointing job placing items into the storage unit. It's been a nightmare trying to get access to things I need.

This is the second time we've used The Good Move and they did not disappoint! This was a same-house furniture move -- the team showed up early (yea!) and quickly and efficiently moved our furniture and equipment exactly as needed. They were courteous and careful throughout the job. I highly recommend them -- they may not have the lowest price, but they are certainly worth every dollar!
The Good Move did an excellent job for me with 4 different moves during a phased remodel. Brian (owner) is professional and thorough. Beau and Tony did especially well with great communication, attention to detail, and protecting my home …
I cannot give a higher recommendation for "The Good Move", they are outstanding. Their owner, Brian, was great to work with. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable that my short-distance move would go off without a hitch. And it did! The movers showed up within the time they promised (15 minutes into their window) and even texted me when they were en route so I could get my dog ready; my dog loved them, btw.
If ratings were only based on the hard work and pleasantness of the men actually doing the move, this would have been a 5 star review. They were friendly, polite, and very attentive to what I wanted and making sure things were done correctly. However, towards the end of the move, their hustle resulted in shortcuts with negative results: a bookcase in the wrong room, tv cables left at the home I was leaving, the tv stand set up with the front facing the wall and electrical wires exposed which should have been in…
Hi. I did take all the time off the bill it took to go back and get the cord. We always do walk-throughs after the load and then after the unload to make sure everything‘s in the right spot so I’m sorry we both missed this and we’d be happy to come back and swap the items between rooms. Thank you
