Pink Dot Moving

Pros: on time. Friendly Cons: I tried to express how much stuff I have. They gave a 3h quote at $510. I was then told I didn't fill out the inventory sheet correctly so they'd have to add another day. All my items and boxes were not only labeled but color coded. Day 1 was ok. Day 2 was not. They dropped and shattered my tv stand. I get accidents happen and I replaced it easily enough. They left vintage iron work outside the garage rather than putting it in the fenced yard as asked. It was promptly stolen.

ETA: HUGELY unprofessional. They took pics inside my home of things they weren't even expected to touch much less move. They posted those pics as a response to this same review on FB. So incredibly rude. Of course it was a mess - I was moving & they were only expected to move what was ready. Absolutely negative 100 stars if I could. Horrendous. I'm recovering from surgery & just wanted them to move my heavy boxes & my furniture.

I was extremely disappointed by the service provided by this company. I hired them to move two homes into one using 4 movers and 2 trucks. They started the day with 4 movers however one of them could only stay part of the day which caused the move to take longer and we ended up having them leave without reassembling any of the beds because they already had taken much longer than they quoted the job for. They broke several items in the move that we were able to repair but the biggest issue was my table.

The one guy guaranteed my stuff wouldn't fit on the truck without having moved anything. At the end, there were about 15 boxes left that he said wouldn't fit on the truck. Now we figured we had to get another trailer to hitch onto our other car which was going to cost another $500. Luckily (or unluckily), the uhaul place didn't have one to give us. Now, the only solution was to go back to the truck and try to squeeze as much as I could in or throw some stuff out.

Not only did they break three of four Coca-Cola glasses, but they broke my portable closet and didn't tell me about it. I found it after they left. If you have high end furniture and property I don't recommend this company for valuable things. While they had half my storage unit in the truck and the truck less than half full I mentioned to Logan that it'll fit in one trip to the other storage unit. He agreed, but that's not what they did!

Used these guys twice now. First time was great and it was the reason I used them a second time. Second time wasn't the best experience. First things first, the workers are always AMAZING. They were the second time as well. The problem was the scheduling. I originally scheduled a move to be at 8 AM, which I got a confirmation email stating so. They didn't show at around 8:10-8:15 so I gave them a call, and it turns out my time was moved to 10 AM for some reason.

I Booked Pink Dot movers because of all the great reviews. Boy, do I wish I had gone elsewhere. We had to move cross country and found that using a POD was our best option. JP came out and gave us a quote. That part was fine. But when the team arrived, they were so careless with how they wrapped and packed our items that when they arrived in our new state, we found damage from them getting knocked around the pod.

I should have known better than to have contact a mover from Craigslist. Exchanged several texts to book a move, they gave me a date and time, I acknowledged ‘that should work’. They gave me an estimate of costs and inclusions, and I responded ‘sounds good’. Then nothing. Day before I send another text to make sure they’ll be there and they say the booking wasn’t complete because they didn’t email me the ‘official estimate’, as if I was somehow to know what their process is for their company.
