The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 5 four and five star reviews we have read for BoldSteps. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
The idea of downsizing can be overwhelming but Kim and Robyn from Bold Steps made the transition so much easier. I recently used them through two urgent moves for sorting, removing and moving items and they were wonderful. Very easy to work with, thoughtful, efficient snd reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
The help I received from Kim at Bold Steps was invaluable. She gave me the boost I needed to get my project completed and the momentum to downsize my home of 27 years. I needed her energy and focus. She took everything I didn’t want for donation so I did not have to deal with it. That part was the best. I was left with a cleared fresh and functional room. Thank you, Kim. I can’t wait for our next project.
I have worked with Bold Steps three times in the last few months and they are phenomenal! Robyn and her partner are very caring and efficient. Moving my mother into assisted living has not been easy, but they have made it so much easier. I could not have done it without them!
Robyn and Kim were amazing in all steps of an elder family member’s recent move. From start to finish, they helped with this process that was so much more than just the physical work involved in this major life transition. Thank you for truly living up to the name, Bold Steps!
