In their own words
Hot tub removal. The friendly crew showed up on time for the estimate and hauling appointments. They were conscientious about the surroundings - avoided the potted plants on the patio and cleaned up the debris. Work was done quickly and at the quoted price. Great experience.
Kirstin, hot tub removals are never small jobs, so we’re glad our Luggers could get it done without disturbing everything else around it. Taking care of your patio, cleaning up afterward, and sticking to the quoted price are all part of the job. Thanks for trusting us with it!
Guys were great. It was pricier than I thought, but they communicated well and quickly picked up piano.
Hi David, Thank you for your comments and rating. Looks like at some point during the booking process, we did not communicate our pricing correctly. To simplify pricing, we have a flat fee for piano removal starting at $450 for upright pianos up to $600 for Baby Grand.
Amazing service, highly recommend. They handled the situation with efficiency while also being very respectful of our situation. Impressed by the questions they asked during the job. Would call on them again without hesitation. Thanks to Martin and team.
It’s great to hear that Martin and his team were able to help out during what sounded like a sensitive situation, Juliet. We really aim to be more than just a hauling crew, so we're glad their questions and respectful approach made a difference for you.
They were very accommodating specially because of my schedule. They showed up on time as agreed and took everything we discussed previously in a very fast and efficient manner. Both Andrew and Bowing were very courteous and professional.
We're glad Andrew and Boeing could make the process smooth for you, Susana! We know how busy life can get, so we always try our best to be accommodating with … More
