$3500 worth of furniture went into storage as good as new and came out severely dinged and scratched, with a solid oak drawer handle snapped in half. I paid Boombox over $3000 to keep these and other items safe for me for two years. They offered me $200 as compensation, saying that’s all the insurance provider would give.

Good service in terms of picking up and dropping my stuff off promptly, but they lost one of my items and refused to respond to any of my emails regarding it. Highly unprofessional, and if you have the time, probably better to just do this yourself.

We had a great experience with Boombox! They arrived promptly to move our furniture into storage and were careful with all of our items. They took care of everything! And when we needed our furniture back, we were able to schedule a full delivery within a couple of days. The crew fully delivered and reassembled our furniture quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use Boombox again!
I had the perfect experience using Boombox storage! I used them when I was moving out of my home in San Francisco and they made my move incredibly easy, all I had to do was pack up my stuff per usual and their team took care of the rest. Their team is on time, considerate of your belongings, and very friendly. I had a studio size apartment worth of stuff + camping gear which easily fit into the van.

5 stars all around, seems to good to be true! Boombox picked up my stuff, stored it, and delivered it back completely unscathed two years later. They have an online inventory where you can keep track of everything they have. The same kind guys who picked up were the same guys who delivered two years later, they genuinely praised the company and seemed super satisfied working there. Communication was always seamless. I will definitely use Calvin and his team for any of my future moving and storage needs!

Pretty good pricing compared to other Bay Area storage places. No hassle with payment or contacting them. The only issue is the fact that one of the lids on my storage boxes was damaged. I was planning on replacing them anyway, but that's still something to be mindful of. All the contents are fine.
