When you see the one star reviews... PLEASE BELIEVE THEM!! I beg of you DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. Read this if you want the real deal about this NOT SO CLUTCH MOVING COMPANY. Okay let me first start off on how they were 5 hours late! BTW this was a OFFICE MOVE! THESE GUYS ARE NOT DEPENDABLE SO ESPECIALLY DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS. They were supposed to arrive at 2 p.m. then contacted us at 2:30 saying they would arrive at 3:30. Ok fine. We wait UNTIL 6:00 P.M.

If I could give it zero star, that’s what I would do. This company is a joke. Stay way away from the shotty unprofessional movers untrustworthy they couldn’t move a toy without breaking it. I have them move my Inheritance clock and two sofas not only that they scratch D and mess up all the wires my sofas had holes fingerprints and weren’t operating at all after they touched it. They couldn’t get the sofa through the door.

WARNING!! Movers knew 2 trucks were needed but tried to fit everything into 1; when forced at weigh station to remove overloaded items into 2nd truck, reload was sloppy and cargo unsecured. NEARLY ALL FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED, SOME DESTROYED! One antique item mysteriously disappeared. Hardwood floor suffered major scratch moving out. 1 star only for good customer service and cheap prices, the rest was painful. The pictures tell their own story...
I am very disappointed with clutch moving company. I paid for full white glove packaging and moving services but was short handed on providing this full service. I was assigned to an agent who was very communicative at the beginning of the process. The movers packaged and picked my goods for the move. When it was time for them to deliver, only one guy instead of the 2-3 man effort I paid for showed up. Fine I helped him move the packaged stuff in.
Horrible experience - Dealing with this for almost three months, and there is still no replacement and no proper communication. Multiple items were damaged during my interstate move. I submitted everything their claims department requested immediately. One of my furniture pieces was damaged, and although they sent someone to repair it, the repair actually made it worse and ruined the wood finish. I was told replacements would be completed “by the end of the month.” That was months ago.
I wish I could give less than one star. The BD person Mario was pleasant enough to deal with but disappeared on me once I signed on the dotted line. The person who was supposed to schedule my move and walk me through all the details never …
The movers did a decent job overall, but they completely ignored my repeated instructions about one item that needed to go in the U-Haul, not storage. That item will now be ruined after sitting in storage for six weeks. I brought this up …

Torn and Tony saved my ass by showing up at 9:20PM after my U-Haul movers didn’t show. I genuinely thought I was going to have to sleep on the floor, especially after calling all the moving companies on Google. Luckily they showed up and completed a 10-foot U-Haul move in 1 hour. 11/10 would recommend—these guys are actual lifesavers.
