In their own words
Sunny Moving Company moved me into my apartment and I'm so impressed by this experience. The booking process was easy and quick to do online. I only communicated by email but the responses were prompt and professional. What I am most appreciative of is how extremely diligent and careful the movers were. I have a lot of small fragile things and not a single one was broken. They wrapped things that needed protection during the move and handled everything with great care.
We worked with Sunny to move from our two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom about 10 minutes away. It was easy to communicate with them before the move and they offered a competitive price. However, I feel like they somewhat underestimated the time it would take to do the move, even after I completed a detailed inventory. They did not schedule us until later in the day, 3-5 pm, and the three movers arrived at 4 pm.
Wow these are the best movers I have ever had and I have used many moving companies in the Bay Area and they are by far THE BEST. I moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse in Marin County to another home in the Peninsula and they were super efficient, friendly, and hard working. They spent 10.5 hours with us (full service move including packing and moving) and I only saw them take one 10 minute break the whole day. I felt so bad that I had to order them pizza, they were working so hard!
AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars, I would do so. I've moved 15 times in 20 years and the Sunny crew was by far the most superior team. I had a lot of boxes going up two flights of stairs and they did it without complaint and needing 20 breaks. They were very mindful and careful with all my furniture also. Being a renter, I'm sure there will be more moves in my future and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Nancy and your team for an excellent moving experience!
