Our recent move from Naples to Maryland was by far the worst I've had in 25 years of moving all over the country. PROBLEM 1: Received an in-person estimate but spent weeks trying to contact them for a final move date. They were evasive and unresponsive to the point where we started looking at other companies. PROBLEM 2: When the movers arrived they came with a truck that was too small for our items.

Have a Queen Sleep number with a solid base that doesn't take corners well? These are the guys to get the job done! They were super responsive, respectful, professional, AFFORDABLE and quick! On time, five guys unloaded our stored furniture and belongings. So far, everything is here. They partition stored furniture so it is not mixed with other's belongings. Boxes and furniture were handled carefully.
Maria & I would like to thank the entire Booska team for your outstanding customer service we have received so far. The 2 teams we worked with last week were courteous, professional, and showed great respect for our home & belongings. It has was a pleasure working with them. I enclosed the last estimate you provided back in Apr. Now that approximately 1/2 the move is completed, can we get an update on the actual cost incurred so far and an updated estimate on the remaining cost?

We were very pleased with Booska Movers. We did a local move in Naples FL of everything in our 2 br condo to an apartment. We got an estimate from Booska after they did a walk through of our place. When we got the keys to the new place, we loaded up the Honda Accord with everything we could pick up and made 2 trips a day to the new place for about 5 days. Then Booska came to move our furniture and some items that we could not fit in the Honda.
So nice to get feedback especially positive feedback! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this review, we really do appreciate it. And when your ready to make your next move please think of us!!!
