NOTE: It appears this company has set up several "shill" presences on Yelp and does business under several names so I am making sure this review gets posted to all of their "entities" so you can be warned. My experience was similar to the rest of the negative reviews. Worst moving experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this company for moving. I tried to support locally and had two companies provide an estimate for the move. I went with Boulder Valley Transfer because of the reviews that were written. I'm glad everyone else had such a good experience. Unfortunately I did not. The estimator was great, Mario was on time and very friendly. However what he estimated is not what the company scheduler provided. He quoted one packer coming the day before to do packing and allowed for 5-6 men.
Do not try this company i’m missing things not only missing things, but however, I will not receive back my lock that was provided for the move code from the storage. Also the address was given incorrectly via dispatch and dispatch also requested to be exact where it’s already had paid $530 I was told they went to one place which was 25 minutes out and then another place 25 minutes back in which typically should be an hour if we’re quoting lol

NEVER use this company. I used them in the past, but they have gone downhill. I don't know why. I referred business to them and was a good customer. My last experience with them was terrible. They did not honor their quote and they damaged a bunch of my stuff and took no responsibility for it. NONE! They took wardrobe boxes and never gave me credit for them. NOTHING! I will NEVER recommend or use them again. I would advise anyone else to never use them either. Absolutely awful how I was treated and disrespected.

These people have no business running a business. They grossly misquoted our move (by over 5000 pounds) They lie, don't call you back once you have a problem. The worst experience ever! Please do not use this company!!!!!

Excellent service provided by Boulder Valley Transfer. From my first phone call with Lucy, the estimate visit from Mario, or the actual move with the crew, all was smooth sailing. Surpassed my wildest dreams. Not even kidding. This team showed up early, got to work, and did not stop until the job was done. What is usually an incredibly stressful day this team made fun. The quote was spot on, other companies didn't come close to being able to estimate the labor, resources, and time it would need to move us to our new home.
