I had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. What should have been a straightforward local move turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. The team showed up late without any communication, and when they finally arrived, they seemed unprepared and disorganized. Several of my items were handled carelessly—furniture got scratched, and a couple of boxes were clearly mishandled. When I pointed it out, the response was dismissive rather than helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The movers failed to take even the most basic protective measures — no shoe covers, no floor runners, and no effort to prevent scratches or damage. They arrived completely unprepared, lacking essential materials like proper TV boxes and mattress protectors, despite us clearly outlining these needs multiple times in advance. I don’t know if the positives reviews this comment any has are real, my experience is very negative. Be very careful with their pricing I needed to move 4 tables, 2 closets (fridge size and weight), 8 chairs, some minor stuff and 3 Home Depot, regular size boxes (20kg maximum). I needed to move it to 3 locations, 5 minutes drive to each of them. The quote started from 700$, I knew that it will be more, I was thinking about 1000-1200 range, but it ended up with 3,006$.

Amazing experience! I was away in Miami during my move and was worried I’d have to design and organize the house myself when I got back. Not only they moved everything from Downtown to Vaughan, I was shocked to see how beautifully everything was set up. Not even one single scratch. Great communication, professional, and very trustworthy. Coming home to a smooth, stress-free move was such a relief. Highly recommend!

I used Bravos Moving Company for my office move and I am really happy with their service. They moved all my computers, cables, and equipment very carefully. Everything arrived safe with no problem. What I liked most, they didn’t just move things — they also helped me set up the computers and organize all the wires again. This helped me a lot because it would take me long time to do alone. Also price was very good for this kind of work. The team was friendly and hardworking.
