In their own words
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Top Town Movers. We read all of the reviews and felt confident using them and Mahsa in the office was great but aside from that, we really wish we had gone with another company. We were unable to communicate effectively with all 3 movers due to a language barrier. We were originally quoted for 9 hours and then charged for 11.5 hours. They were very slow and didn’t take direction. My husband had to help the entire day because of how long it was taking.
My initial discussions with Saba were very pleasant and professional. Based on the Google Guarantee along with the professionalism displayed during my telephone interactions I was confident in my selection of this company. …
We moved from Aurora to Newmarket and honestly, Get Movers was a blessing. They were kind, efficient, and even helped dismantle our bedframe when we forgot. Would definitely refer them to anyone in York Region.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you had a positive experience and that our team could help make your move from Aurora to Newmarket a smooth one. We truly appreciate your recommendation — it means a lot to us.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Awesome guys to have move for you! Careful, fast, very friendly and reasonable price
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're glad to hear you found our team careful, fast, and friendly — and that you appreciated our pricing. 🚚 We truly appreciate you choosing Top Town Movers! 💛 …
I last minute decided it was best for me to book movers to assist with my recent move. I had narrowed it down to 3-4 companies as their pricing were all similar. I saw the google reviews for Top Town Movers and thought even though they were a BIT more money than a couple of the other companies, it was best to go with them based on the reviews. I AM VERY pleased I made that decision. Juan and another mover (I believe he said his name was Joseph) showed up right on time. They were friendly, fast, efficient.

We would like to commend the team of Reza, Hamidreza, Hossein and Dane who arrived punctually and set about packing our belongings and loading carefully two trucks. Never a moments hesitation to respond to a request, never without a smile. Thanks Parth for the arrangements and for the support. You should be proud of this team. I hope we have the same guys for the Montreal delivery because it was a stress-free day. Both Venice and I would highly recommend you.

These guys absolutely saved us this past weekend when the other moving company we had booked didn’t show up. They came with only a few hours’ notice, took great care of our belongings, and worked very efficiently - including disassembling and reassembling some furniture. It was such a relief after what had started out as a very stressful day. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! 🙏 We're truly happy we could step in on short notice and help turn a stressful day around. 🚚 Our team always works hard to handle your belongings with care — including any assembly and disassembly. Thank you for trusting Top Town Movers! …
