I really regret choosing this moving company. At first, they gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, but when the move was done, the final bill was almost double what they promised. They suddenly added a bunch of “extra fees” for stairs, fuel, and even wrapping materials that were never mentioned before. When I tried to question the charges, the driver just said, “That’s the price now,” and refused to unload my stuff until I paid in full. It felt like a total scam. If you’re considering this company — don’t.
Worst experience ever, scheduled for 10am start figured they would take 6-8 hours instead they finished at 11:30pm, They took so many breaks, smoking at the back door of the truck, said we needed two trucks from what i saw we did not. Used Fast Track Move this month, moving from Toronto to Montreal, and I am very happy. Guys come right on time, 8 in the morning, wrap all my furniture so careful like it’s their own things, load everything maybe three hours only. Truck come to Montreal same time they promise, nothing broken, nothing lost, my dining table still perfect, this was gift from my mother so big relief for me. Price they tell me first time is same price at end, no surprise charges, this almost never happen with movers before.

Had my move done on a freezing winter day and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was on point the entire time, which made everything way less stressful. Ivan, Phil, and Mark were awesome and super organized, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. I mentioned that some stuff was really delicate and they were extra careful and detailed with wrapping and handling everything. Even with the cold, they crushed it. Would 100% recommend.
