If you want a massive headache due to the driver of this moving company damaging shared condo common spaces while moving/driving and your furniture damaged in the process. This is the company for you. If you want to deal with your condo corporation AFTER you have moved directly because of the incompetence of this company, this is the company for you. Crooks at best. They will make promises to make things right but it’s all lip service.

I wanted to update my review of West Atlantic Moving. This company and its associates handled three of my moves in under a year. While the third crew - Abdullah, Toliq, and Bektash - were professional and helpful, my second move resulted in extensive damage to multiple items, including sofas, mattresses, and tables, due to poor packing and handling. Even the crew from my third move commented on the improper wrapping when they arrived.

$400 for two workers for one hour with no truck- called maybe 20 minutes in advance to say no truck was coming and that we would have to walk to and from each building in multiple trips, asked if there was a lower cost for not having a truck and turns out we would’ve had to pay additional on the day of if we had a truck which was not disclosed to us. nice people but disappointing service, go to taskrabbit instead.

We had the worst experience of our lives with this company! The movers weren't professional AT ALL. Very inappropriate, not dressed properly, no badges...Every single piece of our furniture is damaged in one way or another, either dented or scratched. They broke one piece of furniture completely. Just called them for a quote while shopping around and they're easily the most aggressive sales staff in the local biz. Multiple attempts to try and close a sale after I told them I'd call back if needed. Pushy and invasive.

We had a great experience with the moving team. The three movers were punctual, professional, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They worked hard throughout the entire move, from loading everything up to unloading at our new home after a long drive. Everything was handled with care, and the whole process went smoothly. We really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. Would definitely recommend them!
Moving is insanely stressful. But with this company’s employees it takes a LOT of that stress away. Vadym and Sergey (sorry if I misspelled) were aboslutely incredible. I cannot express in words how good they are at their job, you have to see it for yourself. I’ll admit when only two movers showed up I was wondering how they’d get everything done, and they did it with blistering speed. They are also kind, professional, and my wife and I felt like we were in great hands (we were).

I love this company. Their terms and pricing are crystal clear. The move itself went like clockwork. The two movers they sent, Tolik and Abdullah, were amazing: they worked with that beautiful mixture of speed and care, doing their work quickly but without shortcuts. Everything was wrapped and precisely handled. And they were both interesting, kind, and funny guys. My experience goes way, way beyond four stars. Bravo!

We had a great experience with Takeoff Moving! Milaz, Tolik, and Bektash arrived on time and were professional and careful throughout the entire move. They helped disassemble and pack our heavier items, loaded everything very carefully, and sorted everything at our new place. They also handled our piano professionally and with great care. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend the team!!!
