In their own words
Don’t hire these guys. They are not professionals at all they damaged my trailer while unloading 2 containers off my step deck. Not recommended at all. Again editing the review for reply back. First of all the rocks that you are talking about were already under the container when picked up because container was sitting in dirt yard.
It is our understanding that our customer who we were doing this work for, was very happy with our service on the job that you are referring too. Our apologies if you did not feel the same way.
Asked by neighbors to supervise the crane driver when returned repaired hot tub to semi attached next door as pickup was done over their roof when they picked it up.. When went to the crane driver he rudely brushed me away and told me to mind my own business.
Our crane operator will not ever forget that day either as he watched the interaction between yourself and our customer the contractor for that crane lift. Unfortunately, you were not talking to our company that day, but the contractor that hired us for that lift.
I saw this moving company driving through rush hour traffic and attempt to side swipe another car. Not only was this extremely dangerous but any objects in the truck would have been damaged with the force of the truck swerving like that. I wouldn't trust them to move anything with how they drive!!!! I feel sorry for whoever had their possessions in the truck at the time. I feel sorry for the driver that they tried to run into. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
My apologies if you felt like our delivery vehicle was driving too aggressively that day. Our delivery trucks are now currently equipped with dashcams. If anyone as any concerns about our drivers behaviour, please feel free to contact us and let us know.
Terrible company! Braymore Damaged my walls and a lighting fixture moving my piano. Before I paid they said it would be reported and repaired but they never ended up fixing the damages!! this is not a prank review, you guys moved a piano to my home and at the time of the move one of the movers was shown the damage to the wall and light and i think its shady to say it will be repaired or credited but then you leave and i never hear from you again. shady!
This is an old Google review. We do not have this customer name on file for doing a move for them, so we are unable to figure out what is referred too. Obviously we cannot follow up damage claims, submitted in a Google review as we have no way of contacting them.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Braymore handled the removal of our Yamaha console piano from a basement with complete professionalism from start to finish. The crew arrived on time in a well-marked truck, were uniformed, and clearly experienced. The job involved a narrow staircase with tight turns, and they managed it smoothly by carefully wrapping the piano in moving blankets and coordinating each step with precision.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad our team's professionalism and careful handling of your piano stood out. Your recommendation means a lot to us.
I had a long distance move for my baby grand piano. They were great in communicating when they were arriving at the initial home and letting me know when they were arriving at the delivery home. During the delivery the stairs are quite a tight turn but the movers explained to me what they would do to make it work without damaging anything. They quickly disassembled my piano and did the move seamlessly and then assembled it back together in no time.
Thank you for the high praise. We have been moving pianos for a long time and have a lot of piano moving down to a science to does make it look easier then what it really is. Let us know if you need anything else.
This is now my favourite company! From customer service, to the actual move, the best service I have experienced in a long time! They did a phenomenal job booking, picking up and delivering my piano in a very smooth, timely, friendly and professional manner, for the most reasonable and fair price out there. Thank you Martha & Ben's team!
Incredibly impressed with Greg and his team. We had ordered a Wolf 36" range, and a 36" Sub-Zero fridge from a large appliance company. When we tried to take delivery of the appliances, the delivery men refused to take it to our upstairs kitchen. They cited the move as impossible due to the tight stair situation as well as safety concerns. Fair. I can't argue with that but I was extremely disappointed and worried that we wouldn't be able to get the appliances we wanted for our dream kitchen.
