My sister’s 60" TV was completely destroyed during her move. The movers themselves were fantastic — friendly, efficient, and she even bought them pizza and drinks — but the company’s customer service was a nightmare. They first offered an insulting $30 for the damage, refused to take real responsibility, and after days of arguing finally agreed to $250, claiming it would take 5–7 business days to send via e-transfer (which makes no sense). This was also agreed on Aug 1st and today still nothing.

I recently used this moving company, and there were both positives and some issues. The team was polite and handled my belongings with care. However, the move took longer than anticipated—I paid hourly, and it ended up being about 9 hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t finish the move completely, and I had to leave some items in storage due to the time. Additionally, they forgot to return my storage keys, and there was a mix-up with a personal item.

I used Iron Men Moving for my recent move and they truly lived up to their name! I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Vitali is very friendly and professional. He was great with communication from the start, answered all my questions and helped me plan everything ahead of time. Moving is a stressful event for me, so I really appreciated the reassurance and the clarity. They arrived on time and got going right away. They were very careful packing and moving all our things.
Vitalii and Volodymyr were an exceptional find! I requested the quote online, Vitalii called me next day and while I couldn’t talk over the phone he accommodated everything through WhatsApp. The moving day was smooth and they didn’t even blink an eye when we added disassembly and assembly of the bed. They were efficient, extremely careful with everything and simply nice people.
