The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Excellent customer service, quick responses to all inquiries, super friendly staff and very clean environment. Comparatively with other storage facilities great promotional prices too! So far their system has been very easy to navigate and customer friendly. We are on the second floor and with 2 elevators it is very easy to get around and get to our space. . The only thing I would suggest The Hub improve is to find a way to keep people from taking the carts/ moving equipment from the loading dock.
Thank you, T Serg, for your 5-star review! Your feedback is extremely important to us. We have reached out to our Management team to ensure the issue has been addressed. Thank you for storing with us!
Great storage facility and wonderful staff. Melissa was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, she provided all the details over the phone and a tour of the facility when i stopped by. She was also very responsive over email. The facility was always spotless, they have storages of all sizes and make it extremely easy and accessible to move your belongings with trollies/carts and elevators. The cost for each of the units i rented was also very fair and enticing with a 50% off for the first three months.
Thank you for your 5 star review, Lara! Customer service and cleanliness are 2 things on the top of our priority list so we're really happy we met the mark for you! We are grateful for your recommendation! Welcome to The Hub!
