Kratos Moving Company

I paid $600 for Kratos to ensure that I experienced the most stressful move of my life. The move was scheduled for 8 am and a $500 deposit was paid to book the elevator at my new home from 9 am until 12 pm. I received a phone call at 8:40 am from the mover saying he would be here at 11 am. I told him that I only have the elevator booked until noon and he said he’d be here soon. From their location to mine is 2 hours, so that means that they were 40 minutes late and had not even left yet.

Must have gotten the D team. Slow. Not experienced. 5 hours late. Lost the screws/parts to put furniture together. Put boxes in the wrong rooms. Knocked over driveway pavers with the truck. Did not unwrap furniture. Truly, was a terrible experience. Many more unprofessional and disrespectful things to list off. Not enough space here. They asked me to do a Google review. lol. Been waiting weeks to hear back from management. No response. Some acknowledgement would be appreciated. Would not recommend.

Do not use this company in Toronto. The crew that was sent was unprofessional to say the least. Many, many issues, but the worst being that I was forced to give a 5 star review. The movers would not leave until the review was posted (I’ve since edited). They insisted on taking a picture of the review with their phones after I posted. It now makes sense as to why there are so many 5 star reviews for this company. The movers on the crew seemed amateur at best and in no way professional.

Setting it was great, communicated well a s it was simple. The day of was TERRIBLE!! They were late, I called and then found out they wouldn't be coming for 2 HOURS, so yes I had to call to find out. I had other things booked as well which means everything was impacted. They arrived, there was strong body ordors that bothersome and with 2 out 3 not really demonstrating they knew what to do, I had to make asks for bubble wrap around glass/mirrored items.

We booked Kratos Moving Company for a two-day move – day one for packing, day two for loading and delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what we expected or what was promised. On packing day, four packers showed up on time around 10am. Three worked consistently, while the fourth kept leaving for hours on errands, one was a box run to Home Depot (just 5 minutes away). By 7pm, only about two-thirds of our house was packed.

If there was an option to give no stars I would have. Do not use this company, they charge by the hour and their employees only have two speeds very slow and barely moving at all. Our concierge rang twice to complain they were sitting around outside smoking. We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and had discarded a lot of items before the move started, the contents included 1 sofa, a desk, a dining room table and 8 chairs, 1 double bed and two mattresses.

Wel I was moved by Kratos and have a very bad experience, they were 2 person that did the moving were very slow and took ther swuit time, and the move that should have bring no more than 4.5hrs. toock 6.50 hrs, even when I help them to move, they were not professionals at all as they said, even they charge me for their time for coffe and lunch, the condo was very small with a few furnitures to do, dining room, sofa & love seat, 2 box springs, 1 mattress, side table a couple of picture an center table, 2 cabinet…

We specifically hired Kratos to take apart and move the gazebo, they said it was no problem I sent them the dimensions and everything. They took an hour and a half to take the top off only to tell us it won’t fit. Yet they brought a big U-Haul that was not even half full with things from our small bungalow paying 1200$ when if I didn’t need help with the gazebo would have just done myself.
