While the move was fine and everyone worked very hard (to each I gave a $100 tip), the truck backed on to a neighbor's driveway, destroying and crumbling the river rock base. The neighbor came out, aghast, and Joe, the owner, said that he would make sure to repair and make good on the damage. We all believed him.
Wife in office is sweet as can be 🌻 She said 350 approximately. Brick house people won’t except payment until end and then bait and switch to crazy price , like doubling it.The owner is cranky and unfriendly . They moved furniture with care but I will never recommend them. I feel these good review are planted because the bad ones are what happened to me also. Dissatisfied with not staying by words. Get it in writing first…… lesson learned
Very sketchy after they dropped off my belongings. The driver tried to force me to pay cash for the move, insisting that he had to get on the phone to call and "approve" the use of a credit card. I talked to the owner over the phone a week …

They were great when others disappointed. BRICKHOUSE ALL THE WAY!!! I hired Marblehead Movers to move me into my 3rd floor condo, but they couldn't get the sofa upstairs and just left it in the basement promising to come back - they never did, and then the owner got mad at me when I dared call to inquire what was going on after 6 days. Then Trowt came to check it out, gave me a good quote, but then they ghosted me for 4 days.

I was helping a friend find a mover when I came across the Brickhouse Moving Company. And I'm grateful to have found them! Joe P was beyond pleasant, helpful, and flexible with scheduling (and patient with some necessary rescheduling). Brickhouse provided quality service all the way, from scheduling with Joe to the actual move by him and his team of two equally pleasant young men. I would be remiss if I didn't give one example of how Joe went the extra mile.
After getting quotes and information about fees from a couple companies I found Brickhouse Moving. Brickhouse does not charge a minimum number of hours like others and charges in 15 minutes increments. I used them to move twice in one year (the first time was so much fun, I decided to do it again)! Adam and his team are efficient, punctual and friendly. Then I needed only a electric recliner moved and I didn't know if the job was too small. Mimi in the office assured me that they would gladly take care of it.
