1 star if too high of a rating. Most dishonest group of people I have had the displeasure of being ripped off by. Woman, do NOT use this company if a man is not present. They were rude, worst movers, dishonest. Broke antiques and didn't have the decency to tell me. Then when i files a claim for everything they ruined, they denied it. Cost me almost 10,000. for them to ruin and/or leave behing 9,000.00 worth of items.

thought hiring mover is to avoid hassle but they made impossible to get a quote. What with stupid “virtual” quote anyway? My husband and i had to call 10 times then they finally came back with ridiculous price. We’ll give our business to somewhere else 🤷🏻♀️ …

Original Estimate was $3,300 to move from NH to Cape Cod. Two weeks before the move date, I had a representative from Bridges Bros., come our home to have the move upgraded to include their boxes and packing paper, pack the remaining items …
This is Jeremy Forest, the owner of Bridges Bros. I want to first mention that we have no record of working with anyone with the last name “Jenness” nor have I had a conversation with anyone about a scenario like the one that is described in this review.
They convinced me to let them pack and move my television. They ruined the screen in transit, and refused to pay for a new one quoting the useless 10 cent per pound insurance. Horrible customer service and lack of care.

After being quoted a price that was very competive with the market I was then handed a bill for double the cost at the end of the move. Terrible will never use them again.
Well at least one of their guys drives so poorly I wouldn’t hire him based on that. It’s like he’s huffing paint while he drives.

I was a little late in planning my move and Bridges Bros were super accommodating. Chris and Dean showed up early and knocked it out. They were professional and never dinged a wall or mishandled any furniture. Everything was packed and secured in the truck as well as protected with pads. Worked quickly and were fun and light hearted the whole day. I would absolutely recommend Bridges Brothers for your move... and the price was more than fair!

This morning furniture was packed and moved in preparation for a house renovation to begin next week. A big truck backed up our driveway. What happened next was unexpected. Two wonderful men, Eddie and Cale, introduced themselves then proceeded to show utmost professionalism as they carefully prepared each item for transport while engaging in friendly, smart conversation.
