Unprofessional - would NOT recommend. They canceled the first appointment for a moving quote an hour and a half before they were scheduled to arrive. We rescheduled for later in the week. When no one had arrived 20 mins after the second scheduled appointment, I texted to ask if they were still coming. They said they emailed me (FIVE MINUTES before the scheduled appointment!!) to let me know they were running behind schedule and instead wanted me to take pictures to send them for a quote.

Bright Day is so amazing!! The owner, Christopher is so great to work with! He was able to whip up my quote super fast - the communication is great and everyone is so nice! I had to move up my moving date and there was no problems at all! Pierre came on moving day with the happiest smile on his face and they were ready to get my move done! I was moving from an apartment to a house and they were so careful with all of my things, wrapped everything up and handled with care! Super professional and respectful!
We had an outstanding experience with Bright Day moving company! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual and incredibly hardworking. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with great care, wrapped everything thoroughly and made sure nothing was damaged during the move. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and efficient. The crew was friendly, respectful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.
Chris and the guys at bright day moving are the best! I was in a tough spot and needed some last minute movers. They came in with a fair price and got me taken care of. They were extremely respectful of the house and my items they were moving. Can’t thank them enough!
This team is super impressive. In the past, my experience with movers has been that they do everything they can to stretch out the job. Not these guys. They sent 5 guys, and had all the furniture to our 3 bedroom plus basement carefully wrapped up, loaded on the truck, then unloaded into our storage unit in 2 and a half hours!!
