I hired R&R Moving Company in early June to move from South Cartersville to Atlanta. Initially, the owner, Russell, came to my house to ensure an accurate estimate and pitched the idea of honesty and excellent customer service, which unfortunately turned out to be misleading. During the move, my family and I treated Russell and his crew with respect. We agreed on a specific time, yet they arrived 4 hours early without prior notice, causing us significant inconvenience that we tried to accommodate.

I was moving from one unit to another. I had some stuff going to storage and some going to my apartment. I told them what to take and to where. They left the grill the things in the coat closet a tv patios furniture. Now I have to move this stuff myself. On top of that my printer is missing. On top of everything else there was a table and chair I told them to throw away. I just now noticed it is sitting outside in the parking lot. Very unprofessional

Crew was very rude and unprofessional and they did not take all my boxes even after I agreed to pay more money to managemnt. I called the manager and he told me that he will call me back, but he never called back. One of my boxes got lost too. I had to drive back 250 miles to get my boxes and carry them by my own car. What a pitiful outcome!! The packing and transporting went fine but when we got to the other end it ended up a wretched experience. There were whole boxes of items lost or misplaced and worst of all a check stolen and my signature forged in an attempt to steal my money. FIND ANOTHER MOVER!!

Acknowledgement was made that some minor damage occurred on this move and compensation would be due. The description of the damage and missing items have changed and is now exaggerated by the customer. We asked the customer to submit a damage claim which is the normal procedure.
They messed up some expensive furniture. The 2 hood rats they used practically threw my items in the storage unit. I had to relocate for work and they even had the nerve to charge me $30 extra for the fact that THEY messed up and left more …

Hey Felicia, I'm so sorry that one of your items were damaged. We have only received a picture of the damaged item. Please send us an email with description ( brand name, where purchased and purchase price ) and your claim will be handled promptly.
Prices are not as quoted. Workers constantly complain about low salaries and what type tip your going to give them. Would not reccomend.
RNR Moving has completed 3 separate moves for this customer, all within the Kennesaw, Ga. area, and this is the first I have heard of any problems. I just listened to the recorded phone conversations and pulled the contracts to review.

I hired RNR to move a fireproof file cabinet for me from Sandy Springs to Kennesaw, spoke with Russel on the phone and scheduled the pickup. They arrived right on time and got right to work, Sam and Harry were working with Russell and made the move look so easy and went smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers

Had a great experience with Russell and Sam from RNR moving. They did an excellent job packing things safely and moving between two third floor apartments in 90 degree weather, and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking to move!
