WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. We moved from Atlanta to Houston and not only was half of our furniture either scratched or broken and even a flat screen tv ruined but the other half was just missing. They were kind enough to store our belongings but by trusting them and allowing them to do so we lost half of our belongings. We are currently looking for a moving company because we are moving back. We will NEVER use this company again. They are very unprofessional and very shady people.

This is a follow up since you want to talk about honesty. Not once did your men discuss with us that there would be a problem with either time or space in your trucks. I personally showed them around the house and showed them everything. This whole process took 12 hours, which was double the estimated time frame. It was a 4 bedroom house. The outside storage was small and the things in the garage were boxes that I took their from inside to help out your men.

ZERO stars. The MOOVERS think they are the MOBSTERS. Horrible service and gauged prices. Though we called ahead to confirm, the Moovers showed up w/less men than agreed upon. No prior notice given. No apologies. I immediately voiced concern this would affect the move and no notice given to me. The Moovers checked out my home and I was told again the move wouldn’t be affected. …A few hours later, we called again voicing concerns. The movers were extremely slow packing the truck.

TERRIBLE. AWFUL. PATHETIC. We have moved 4 different times, and this was by far the WORST experience we have ever had. First, the guys packing arrived much later than we were told and were there until around 9 pm that night (almost 9 hours of packing a two bedroom apartment - and a lot of it was already packed for them). While there, they came with a U-haul that was too small, so several of our items were strapped on the back (and not with professional-grade ratchet straps, but saran wrap).
We were hired as a 3rd party company for your move. we were advise to pack and load 2500 lbs we sent out the appropriate truck for that job the weight was actually double 4700. all we were supposed to do was bring it back to our warehouse … More
They rode the clock. The driver and the guy back at the office had a very obvious manipulation thing going. To convince us they were trying to get done. I have never had a company take so long. And get so much wrong. Damaged walls and furniture.

Mrs. Hawkins, we did a great job for you at origin per you and your husband you both said that we were great. We had 5 guys and myself making sure that your move went smooth. At destination you arrived at 4 pm to unload 18000 lbs. Unfortunately we can not send our own crew out of state.

Highly recommend the Moovers. These guys are the best! A week ago, we moved houses from Rome, GA to Gadsden, AL. We have lots of stuff--a lifetime's worth. Lots of everything--books, shelves, furniture, yard stuff you name it. Over the course of about 10 hours, five men moved our entire house, including carrying our heavy furniture upstairs to our new home after dark. They put everything where we wanted it. They did their job with professionalism and care. They worked their butts off for us!
