In their own words
Have used Elite several times. Two times ago, minor damage done that I did not report. Last time, damage to a piece of furniture. Was disappointed that the owner did not take responsibility for a minor fix so adjusting my rating. The crews on all the moves have been great though, very helpful.
Hello Rhonda, We have moved you previously numerous times with no issues. We did not move you into storage and didnt damage the piece you are referring to. This move was last minute and the description of what was to be moved was different upon arrival.
This company was great until I was given a hard time consistently for 5 star reviews on a Sunday morning. The owner texted me to the point that I canceled the next job and complained to him offline. I had hired them more than once and was a paid in full customer with great history. Up to this moment-I really trusted this company. My initial review reflected in more details but I want to make sure to speak on those who took care of my move on site.
Thank you for your business.
I reached out to Elite last week on a quote for moving. My newborn baby then got sick and I’ve been dealing with that since. Moving hasn’t been on the top of my mind or a priority right now. I received this snarky message from Ryan this …
Hope your move goes well.
Frustrating experience. They said they could handle my job at the scale, dates, and distance we discussed on the initial call. It took a couple of weeks to get a quote (a few days of that were my limitation). At quote day, Ryan was …
I am sorry Chris for your frustration. You were out of town for a time when you initially called and I was going out of town for a week when you returned home. We discussed this. I came out for the quote as soon as I came back into town.

Thank you Allie! We look forward to your up coming move!
Professional and experienced movers. They got the job done and charged a fair price.
Thank you Eric! We will be ready for any further moving needs you might have.
I was recommended this company from my realtor and they did a fantastic job with the move! The guys were great to work with and handled everything perfectly and professionally! They worked very hard in the heat and humidity of summer in Georgia to get my items moved out of an apartment on the second floor, and even offered me a water while I helped get things moved out. I cannot thank them and Ryan enough for the fantastic job and I appreciate them being patient with me during the process!
Thank you sir! We truly appreciate your business!
