If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a total joke. I hired this company to move me 14 miles at 200 an hr and gave them a 200 dollar deposit, we'll get back to that in a minute. When I made the appointment I was asked a few questions and was told I was looking at a 3hr move so I estimated an extra 400 at the finishing time.

I strongly advise others to stay away. I have photos and videos documenting the experience. The crew showed up smelling like marijuana, which likely explains the lack of care. Items weren’t properly wrapped or secured, and I was severely misquoted on storage. I ended up having to order a POD at the last minute, which threw the entire move into chaos. I stayed in contact with the owner, Brian, throughout, but all I got was a half-hearted apology.
It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. I used them for several moves before (personal and business) but my last one was just very disappointing as it didn't even happen. I did everything requested of me and I even got an email that LITERALLY says "No action needed from you" and then proceeds to confirm my move date and provides me with a time frame of arrival of 8 Am to 9 Am.

I've used Charlie's Angels Movers in the past and had excellent experiences, which is why I trusted them with my recent move. Unfortunately, this time was completely different, and I'm deeply disappointed. From the beginning, the company's manager was fully aware of the challenges posed by moving to a home in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Despite being assured numerous times the company is capable of these moves; they sent an unprepared crew with a truck that couldn't navigate our private driveway.

Let me start by explaining I am a repeat customer. First time 5 stars. This time not even close. I won’t go into every detail with the damage and sneaky fixes (one example was they broke a dresser drawer handle on bedroom furniture, took a handle off nightstand and replaced and left nightstand with no handles, no way to open nightstand) already detailed that with them. What is most frustrating is management reaching out one time after we sent them a complaint. No follow up from them since.
I don’t know how this company has such great reviews. I do not recommend them to anyone. As I am unpacking, A LOT of my items are broken and chipped. They do not handle your possessions with care. I don’t know how they did it, but they broke a wooden table. They had to have thrown it with the way it was broken. A lot of my glass items are broken. I packaged my own things, so I KNOW they were packed well and secure. I saw one of the guys drop a box. Mistakes happen….but come on. Be more careful.
My television was damaged during a move and the owner refused to compensate me for the damage. The picture of my screen was taken AFTER the mover mishandled my television as opposed to while the tv was on the wall. The mover was not competent in handling a curved screen. Initially we were in communication regarding the issue and then the communication ceased. So unprofessional and will never recommend to anyone.

Charlie’s Angels movers were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! From the first contact to last, the customer service was a 10/10. The movers were all very kind and respectful of all our items and treated them with great care. Each mover took the time to walk through the homes with us to make sure they packed the right items and unpacked them in the appropriate places. The price was very reasonable and 100% worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a smooth move.
Charlie's Angels Movers handled my daughter's move this week. We have used other movers in the past. They were fantastic!!! They took special care to carefully wrap each item for protection. All 4 guys were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They completed the move a little quicker than anticipated, but did not rush the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!! :)
Amazing customer service from the first phone call through the delivery and completion of our move. They were kind, compassionate and able to assist us on short notice with packing and moving. The on-site team was friendly and fast. They were careful with all items; could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend Charlie's Angels movers!
