I was quite disappointed with the service; it lacked professionalism, some items were broken, and when we filed a complaint, we received no response. I do not recommend them.

This company is a complete disaster. It's absolutely not worth the price they have the nerve to charge. Besides, it's not really any cheaper than elsewhere. The movers are extremely rude, disorganized, completely unprofessional, and constantly at odds with the people they're dealing with. They argued with our employees, were very disrespectful, and left kicking the doors and roughing up their client, an elderly woman who was crying her eyes out.

We had agreed on 3 men but they only sent 2, I got an 8-inch scratch on the front of my washer, a dent on my dryer, 8 items, although well packaged, were broken in my boxes, damaged corners of walls… and the price was well above expectations because of the lack of one man.

Complete lack of organization! Supposed to have a move scheduled for the end of the day before noon or the beginning of the afternoon, no news until 3 PM, move-in at 5:30 PM!!!
