I'm taking the liberty of responding to your reply. First, I never said I was satisfied during our last conversation; quite the opposite, in fact. Don't try to twist the truth; I remember perfectly well what I told you. Second, regarding my family's supposed "acceptance" of the packing, it was actually imposed on them because, yes, your employee contacted you that very morning to check if it was part of the contract, to which you only replied that it wasn't fragile.

Honestly, I've rarely seen a company care so little about its customers. My move had been planned for quite some time, and I found the man on the phone very friendly when I scheduled it. We even confirmed the day before... Everything seemed to be going smoothly. On moving day, I received a text message saying the truck had broken down and the mechanic was on his way. Okay, fine, these things happen.

The contract was unclear, the deposit was requested via Interac e-Transfer, and I didn't receive a complete, detailed invoice. Communication with the team was difficult throughout the entire process. During the move, my mattresses weren't packed in the truck, and one of them was damaged (a hole was discovered after delivery).
