A very disappointing experience. Our move was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but the team didn't arrive until around 11:00 a.m. Several breaks were taken throughout the day, and during one of them, a personal visit further prolonged the work interruption. When I politely asked if work could resume to keep to the schedule, one of the employees' attitudes changed. The items were then handled less carefully, and the truck was loaded inefficiently, so much so that some bulky items couldn't even be transported.
The guys are nice and smiling. But I think they lack training regarding household appliances (like removing the fridge doors to be able to take them out through the door). The TV was broken during the move and I was reimbursed afterward, …

No follow-up or estimate for the moving job. Only two employees to move an entire house with a tiny truck. The move took 12 hours, and we had to make several trips ourselves to get it done. We also had to make several trips the next day to completely empty the house. Very disappointed with our experience with this moving company. Far too expensive for a service we ultimately had to do ourselves... I do not recommend them.
