My initial contact with the Cameroonian-accented person who called me back after I first contacted them through the website was difficult and complicated. However, my in-person visit to the head office was a completely different experience. The staff was warm and helpful. The procedure was clearly explained on-site. My office was easily accessible, and the 10' x 5' space I chose turned out to be exactly what I needed.
