Julian, Dominic, and Tray were our movers. They took way longer than the time expected and from the estimated quote they gave me of around $1500. I ended up paying almost $3,000. The owner stated they would unassemble and assemble everything back in the rooms and that wasn't done, we had to rebuild all the bedroom sets.
Professional is what we always strive for! Thank you for your business and enjoy your new home!
DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DAMAGED SOME OF MY FURNITURE, AND THEY DONT LET YOU INSPECT IT BEFORE SIGNING A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. THEY KEEP FURNITURE IN POORLY SEALED WOODEN CRATES IN A SHOP BEHIND SOMEONES MOBILE HOME. Pay someone else to move and store your valuable items. Terrible customer service and communication. I have edited this post to include some of the damage. I called on 6/1/2026.
You called us and said you were on your way to pickup your items and we accommodated you with little to no notice. We didn’t charge you for any of the service. It is our policy when a customer picks up thier own items that they waive any liability to brothers since they are moving thier own items.
Several pieces of furniture was damaged. I had a wall and door damaged. Movers left their trash for us to clean up. I was quoted for 2 trucks and 4 crew. 1 truck and 5 crew guys showed up and said they added a 5th guy to cover the lack of the second truck. Very misleading on the qoute! Very disappointing service for this price. Save yourself and pay the extra for better quality movers so you do not have to worry about all the damaged furniture.
We are still waiting on a claim to be submitted on “all” the damage. We provided resources, materials and additional man power to you at no charge. Now you’re “disappointed “? You were asking for discounts and money back the day we got started. All our movers did and this is how they are thanked?
Charged me an extra 150$ for more padding off of the estimate to wrap my tv and they still managed to break it the contract said they wouldn’t charge more if the move was under 2 hours. The move took an hour and I made sure to call to make …

Do not hire this company unless you want them to break all your stuff! They broke both of my 90 inch TVs and a lot of furniture. And they’re “insurance” is worst they denied my claim.
Your claim was submitted 5 months after your move and after you moved your own TVs from your storage to your new home. Lastly, you opted to pack your own items including your TVs and declined our tv boxes on the day of the move. This is why your claim resulted in a denial.
My move was anything but seamless or professional. The couch was completely scratched and beaten up. My clearly labeled fragile box was not taken with care. The glasses and plates were completely damaged. The washer and dryer were not moved correctly and now I've been dealing with the after math which has been very costly. I was not treated with any sort of professionalism. When I tried to call the company they were extremely rude and didn't care to help.

Parts of my canopy bed were missing after the move so I called several times and never received a call in return. For the price I paid I would off expected better care of ky belongings and a returned call. I will not refer to anyone. There were 3 guys moving me and only 2 of them did all the work.
We have no record of you being a customer.
I tried calling and they refuse to answer their own phones. They have ai refuse to let people talk to a human being. I was trying to call and compliment one of their crews. I refuse to do business with a company who uses ai as a gatekeeper and will not talk to their potential clients
