Kingdom Moving LLC - Midland/Odessa Movers

I DO NOT recommend this moving company. They showed up late the day of our move. They refused to take our TV and photo frames that were to big for moving boxes, they said taking them was a liability. We were told they would disassemble bed frames, our baby crib and desks then reassemble at our new place. They did not disassemble the crib. The bed frame and desks they did not reassemble at our new place. I asked them to reassemble, the response was 'we don't do that'.

We. Had Sgam come and view route home we had to move all to San Antonio. He gave us a great price so we used them. The guys came and took apiary thh jv e master king bed and the. Chest off drawers with a mirrored, took apart our twelve foot dinning table and the hutch. Many other pieces of furniture that did not have to be dismantled. All the furniture and around 60 boxes of medium to large were all aliased into a 26 ft trucck and were taken to a storage unit in. San Antonio.

I will never this moving again! The guys had a specific time to show up, they showed up almost two hours late! Nope, then took breaks when they had only worked for about thirty minutes after having just arrived. Nope, then had the sheer audacity to ask me for a tip and then boldly text me after the job asking for a tip again! This was one most unprofessional moving companies that I’ve ever experienced. Then expected me to still pay full service for late arrivals and goofing off.

The service was ok. I feel like the moving could've been quicker. I had a time frame of 8:00-10:00 a.m. They had to get a whole other crew because they said their trucks were broken down. Which I feel like that should've been looked at before to make sure they arrived on time. Someone came about 10:15 a.m. and as I looked on my invoice they put the start time at 10:11 a.m. only one guy showed at that time and moving didn't start til 10:30 a.m.

Leo and Brandon did a wonderful job. They were very helpful and nice to be around during a very stressful time. We enjoyed their company and they did wonderful work! I highly recommend using this company. The quote I received prior to the job was actually higher than the price that I was charged. What a welcome change in today’s world! Change in rating from 5 star to DO NOT USE!!

I’m not sure what kind of business these people are running! It’s definitely not a reputable moving business to say the least. My husband and I hired these folks to move us from Odessa to Lubbock, the receptionist allotted 8 hrs for the entire move. We were 5 hrs in when we left Odessa. We were told that the furniture would be covered with moving blankets. Little did we know that the moving blankets are NEVER washed or cleaned. The one employee who was the “supervisor “ of the job told me this!

Kingdom movers packed and moved our family from Midland to Houston. First off I want to say how nice the guys were who helped pack. However, I was less than impressed with their style of “packing”. For the amount of money we paid for them to do this, I expected everything to be wrapped and packed respectfully and appropriately. This was not done at all. As I was unpacking our boxes I kept getting angrier and angrier. The guy who “packed” our closets & bathroom literally just threw things in boxes.

Do not use this company if you want your belongings packed in a careful, intentional way. Multiple pieces of furniture broken and damaged, almost all of my dishes were destroyed. When they finish throwing and piling all of your possessions into the truck, the crew will stand over you and pressure you to leave them an 5 star review.
