Our experience today with Joseph, Darrell, and AZ was amazing. Fast, careful handling of our belongings. Professional and thorough walk-through of the service contract. The whole experience was awesome from the start, getting everything set up with Chanedra was simple and straightforward. Great attitudes and customer service all the way around - and a good rate. We had the best experience twice with Kevin and his team with Brown Box Movers. The first time they helped us in a pinch when our moving company no showed us. They fit us in and provided amazing service. When moving to our new home there was no doubt we’d use them again. They just moved our 3000sq ft home and 10x20 storage unit yesterday in 9 hours. Making multiple trips back and forth with commute time in between. Again, Kevin and his team were fantastic.
Best moving company I’ve ever used! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team worked incredibly hard, moved quickly, and handled everything with care. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated that there were no surprise charges or hidden fees. They were professional, efficient, and made what is usually a stressful day feel so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!
