I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent move 08/30/2024, as well as to address issues regarding missing items and insurance coverage. During the move, two of my couch cushion pillows went missing. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email, phone, and text, I received responses indicating that my pillows were not lost and that the truck was empty at the end of the move.

The movers broke some of my furniture and did not assemble my bed correctly. I asked about the leg for a piece of furniture and the mover went back to the truck got it. He went across the street to buy glue but it broke on their watch. I do not recommend them if you value your furniture. In my opinion the movers are inexperienced. Positives are that they were punctual, friendly and affordable. I rather pay more for experience and good care of my items.

1. This company uses AI heavily! So most of these reviews are more than likely bots. Check out their IG page. None of those posts or reviews on their social media are from real people. 2. The movers themselves were decent given they were outsourced. The second guy was late so there was only one mover working for the first hour, they did take $90 off… which… eh. The driver of the truck too a detour and stopped at the store before heading to the 2bd location.

These reviews have to be a lie. This was utterly the worst moving experience I've ever had, and I'm use to moving frequently as military. They were hired to pack my uhaul and the packing had no system and is completely unorganized. I had to direct them on how to pack and on the end, I literally cannot open the uhaul door until I reach my destination because there were literally things shoved in there at the last minute that would fall out if opened.

I saw the ad for them on Facebook. I was so tired of calling or being called by different movers with their hidden fees . So I responded to their ad and I received a professional person , Mel, who gave me all the information I needed. I paid 78 for a deposit which went towards the final fee. I received a professional invoice and when they were done she called for the final payment. They came pretty much on time . There were 2 of them. I had enough stuff to fill that 26ft uhaul they arrived in.
