I booked them and made a appointment for them them to come moved my furniture to storage, they confirmed and reconfirm my appointment for 3:30pm, they never showed up, I kept calling and texting and got no response, smh , and I had to be out my apartment the next day, I had to go get a uhaul and move my furniture with a friend and it was hard for me being that I am out on leave because of problems with my back, thats why I hired them to move my furniture, I will never recommend them to anyone.
They were not professional. Over charged and during the move . They damaged merchandise. I would not recommend them at all.
I did business with this company for months. The one time I sent them to pick up items without me being present...they stole a dining table from me. I severed ties with this company and absolutely would recommend that you do not do business with them. In a nutshell...they are thieves.
Please do not ever use this company. Was quoted one price and when the movers actually came the price went up. I complained and the guy keep saying it was because of my tvs. The cost of the boxes were 60.00. Then was charged a booking …

If I could give 0 stars I would.... Talk to Johnny on a Wed or a Thursday for a move on a Saturday. I texted him Friday to confirm he confirmed he will be here about 3:00 I called him about 3:30 phone kept going to VM, left a text before …
They wouldn’t leave until they watched us write a 5 star review. A lot of our fragile boxes were upside down and broken. Boxes clearly labeled were put in the wrong rooms.

Johnny and his team were absolutely amazing! I had to call BMA literally a day before for their services because the last company left me high and dry without and notice. The crew arrived on time, loaded, transported, and unloaded my house all under 3 hours. The crew was definitely friend and made my family feel really comfortable with them handling all of our property. Prices were definitely reasonable and after the move was complete, Johnny and I even got on the phone to confirm the final payment amount.

Wonderful experience. I was at work while they packed up my stuff fast and I met them at my new apartment (on the 10th floor). They finished under 3 hours. Extremely painless. I had a lot of anxiety about the process, but everything went smoothly. Will be recommending them and booking them in the future.
