In September 2025, I hired Pack It Up Moving & Storage to move my belongings from Calhoun, Georgia. To help reduce costs and make the move more efficient, I personally packed many of my items in advance. Every box was clearly labeled on the outside according to its contents. When the movers loaded my belongings, the truck was completely full. In fact, some items could not fit on the truck, and the rear doors barely closed due to the amount of property being transported.
I would not recommend this moving company. I had multiple items damaged during a move on August 31st, 2025. The guys broke a television, broke a wheel on the pellet grill/smoker. Broke a part on one of the beds and two of the other beds, the did not connect the pieces causing the mattress and box spring to fall through the frame. I contacted the company about just some of the issues and the response was not apologetic and what was offered for damages was $60.

Do not let these people pack your house. The lack of care given to the packing process is on par with a 3yo. Also be prepared to be asked SEVERAL times “is this going?” As if you plan to leave a quarter of your house in your old residence. If you have any heavy items, be sure the estimator lays eyes on those items as they are subject to be left by the moving crew for being too heavy. If you personally move your heavy items and show them it can be done, they will begrudgingly help out.
If I could give zero stars I would. My mother hired this company to move her and they damaged one of the beds and stripped the connection hose for the washer which was over $400 to repair. This company did not accept responsibility for the damages nor offer even an apology for what they did. My mother called and asked to speak with the owner to handle this matter and the man who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and told her the crew who moved her was off for the day.

Wish I could give less than a star. Worse company ever, driver parked close to another resident in my building and then threw a chocolate bar on their windshield when they left. Very immature, will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know how bad they are. HOA is gathering video from the parking lot for more evidence.

If I could give them a 0, I would! I urge you to not use pack it up movers. They broke several items and Kyle has yet to have an insurance rep to contact me regarding my damages. Tv was damaged by the owner. Washer is dented and now leaks water.
