What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I used Brownsville Moving Company for a cross-state move from Irvine, CA to Sacramento, CA, and I cannot recommend them enough. Moving with kids can be stressful, but Dre and his team made the entire process way easier than I expected. From the start, Dre’s communication was phenomenal. I spoke with him for almost a month ahead of the move. He was incredibly responsive, answered all our questions, and was very easy to talk to, which was a huge upgrade from the other companies we contacted.
Gus! We truly appreciate this absolutely stellar review! We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and making your moving process extremely stress-free. I’m glad that we were able to provide that for you. Enjoy your new home.
Aug 2023 We had a great experience with our move in June 2022 so when we had to move again in August 2023, we called Brownsville Movers again. Dre and Larry were fast, careful, strong, and really fun to work with. They helped us move a lot more than we thought could fit into the truck and put us way ahead in on this project. We would highly recommend anybody needing help of any kind to contact Brownsville Movers. Skilled and fast movers, great communication, chill and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better move!
Glad we could be of great service! Thank you again for choosing us!
In all the many moves I’ve done in my life, I have NEVER had a more professional, understanding, and quick thinking mover. We had a lot of issues on our side during the move, but every single problem was taken in stride and our mover did absolutely everything he could to make our move swift and painless. The truck was packed up INCREDIBLY well, every part of the process was smooth, and even when we had last minute issues or changes, he was able to swivel and make things work.
Evan! Thank you so much for this thoughtful and detailed review. Your words mean so much us. This is what we do it for. People like you! We Got Your Back!
I needed a move-in/move-out cleaning and was a bit hesitant because most of their reviews were about moving services rather than cleaning. I needed someone to come clean with very little notice and they were available so I took the chance. They took the time to clean the areas I wasn’t able to. Seriously. I mean there were some annoying things I wanted cleaned and they tackled it no problem (individual blinds, ceiling fan, weird kitchen under the counter crevices).
Glad we could be of great service! Thank you again for choosing us!
