The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 3 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

Find somewhere else to rent. Went on vacation and came back to the lock cut off my locker. The company’s excuse was that they needed a new direct deposit form signed and when I didn’t answer my phone (while in another country) they assumed I was giving up my goods (after paying them for over 4 years without missing any payment) When I was moving and needed to empty my storage unit, I called 30 days in advance to inform them. Then I showed up in person 2 weeks before and spoke to the lady in the office.
Their customer service is terrible. Multiple issues during the 6 months I had a unit with them that were quite frustrating to get resolved. As well, not a particularly secure facility; they had weeks were the main gate was unlocked and open 24/7. Save yourself a hassle and go elsewhere.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Nice clean unit and everything stayed dry but I should have wrapped my couch and chair in plastic as a squirrel decided to make a home in my chair. Might have been because my unit was 2 doors away from the entry/exit door. Very lovely people to deal with and I would use their facility again if I needed to store things again.
I rented a 10x15 storage unit here. It is a great location, has professional staff, and is a secure storage location.
No issues. My stuff stayed clean and dry. I had a unit for a year. The staff were always nice to me. If I needed a unit again, I would not hesitate to go back here.
Best people in town to deal with as a business owner. I could not have better people looking after my items. Thank you kindly.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
